European Style Pilsner - Light, clean European style pilsner malt made from our Claymore barley, on the lower end of modification (S/T 39) that combines a nice floral honeysuckle flavor with the traditional grainy character you’d expect from the style. Great enzymatic performance and yield, 1.5 SRM. $0.80/lb
Claymore Pilsner - Our most popular offering, this is a modern fully modified take on pilsner malt, the sweet and floral honeysuckle flavor is balanced by light breadiness. It’s extremely efficient and powerful in a mash, low on beta glucan, and still maintains light color at 1.7 SRM $0.85/lb Silver Medal winner at the 2025 Malt Cup
Claymore Pale - Similar flavor profile to our Claymore pilsner, with an added toast character due to being kilned at a higher level to drive out DMS and LOX precursors. Light, clean, and efficient. 2.5 SRM $0.85/lb
Cascadia Gold - our take on famous UK pale varieties Golden Promise or Maris Otter, our proprietary kilning technique produces a domestic version of these legendary varieties that is nearly indistinguishable from them, while boasting superior enzymes and efficiency. 3-6 SRM. $0.90/lb
Premium Brewers Malt - a malt made from a local 6 row variety with an extremely robust enzyme package, it’s fully modified and loaded with FAN, its meant to boost the efficiency of mashing and attenuation while maintaining an unobtrusive flavor profile at a more affordable price. 5 SRM. $0.70/lb
Claymore Light Munich - This is a delicious take on a classic style of malt, you have to try it to believe how good it is. It has a rich sweetness that hangs on the pallet and its balanced by graham cracker and toasty biscuit flavor. It is still enzymatic, so you don’t sacrifice anything. 10-12 SRM. $0.95/lb
HoneyGold 10 - This is a new take on Honey malt, the flavor is as expected - robust honey flavors burst from this awesome malt. Around 30% crystallized, so its great for adding body and flavor to any style of beer while keeping a lighter yellow color profile to keep up with modern trends. 10.8 SRM $1.00/lb
Chit Malt - an intentionally under modified and very lightly kilned product to aid in foam creation and stability, added body, lowering your pH, and not influencing flavor or color. This malt brings added protein and is HIGHLY enzymatic. $0.60/lb
Lacey Distillers Malt - our new BRONZE winning distillers malt took home a recent award at an international competition featuring over 130 entrants from 5 different continents, it is a Vienna style malt from a 6 row variety that brings flavor and extreme performance. CoA and tasting notes pending. $0.75/lb
Voodoo Pale SWW Wheat - a new offering, and we think it is absolutely killer. Ultra efficient and functional, low color, with a lovely sweet bread flavor. 87.3% extract, 2.2 SRM color, ultra low beta glucan, and 165 L DP should make this malt very enticing. $0.85/lb
